My wife and I want to thank John, the technician who delivered the manual sit-to-stand device. He spent as much time as needed to ensure we understood how best to use it to go to the bathroom. He was so compassionate and thoughtful.

The reception we received at your office was a renewal of businesses and the experience of public relations with customers. We were greeted warmly. The front desk personnel listened and responded to our requests. The Tech who helped us was gracious and performed the needed repairs we asked for. In addition, the tech fixed another area of need while we waited. The experience we had will certainly have us returning to this company for future needs. They brought my husband home from Mary Black Hospital today. We used the lift to take him to his bed and it worked well. Just wanted to let you know. Gaffney, SC

Last minute Friday inquiry for a hospital bed before the weekend. I stopped in the store and Tina was more than accommodating, explained the options, pricing, etc. Within a couple hours the bed was delivered by her son, set up, instructions given and my wife slept comfortably after surgery. Unbelievable customer service, very friendly family run business...couldn't recommend them more highly! Hope we won't need their services again, but if we do we certainly will be back.
