My Mobility Medics (MMM) Return Policy
ORDER EXPECTATIONS
All items become the property of the buyer.
RETURNS
Items purchased in-store that do not meet customer expectations may be considered for return within 24 hours of purchase. *
For HEALTH AND SAFETY reasons, many items are not returnable; these include but are not limited to bath safety equipment, seating products, slings, mattresses, manual wheelchairs, etc.
In addition, SPECIAL ORDERS, hospital beds, bathroom items, custom-built lift chairs, including but not limited to those with upgraded/custom fabrics, heat and massage, PowerPillow, footrest extension, or left-hand control options, are non-returnable.
*The following policy applies to New, Unused, and In-stock Items:
- The item must be in new and unused condition.
- Items may have a 30% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the product must be in the original packaging.
- All accessories and power cords included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and the delivery slip is signed and accepted, the item is unable to be returned.
Please allow 5-10 business days after the receipt of your return in our store for the processing of your refund. When returning your product, we recommend getting the tracking number from the shipper for that package in order to verify that the package has made it back to us.
EXCHANGES (In-Store)
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, length, or color within those first 24 hours, you can return the original item and choose a like or equal product.
WARRANTIES
After MMM’s 24 Hour return policy, products are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. (Does not include labor) Customers may need to contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of the item. Whenever possible, MMM will assist the customer with contacting the manufacturer. Please note that warranties cover defects in workmanship and material. They do not cover breakage or damage to the product resulting from customer abuse. Labor for repairs is the responsibility of the purchaser.
